HI-Volume Series

  Features

  • The Hi-Volume Belt Drive fan unit is specifically designed to ventilate larger buildings, by moving substantial amounts of air at low pressure with minimal energy consumption.
  • Available in two sizes, 1000mm and 1250mm diameter, each with three phase motors and the option of louvres and guards.

  Construction

  • Constructed from galvanised steel with a specially designed stainless-steel propeller, these fans are extremely hard wearing and robust in application.
  • The drive mechanism comprises of a sealed for life maintenance free ball bearings, which means low noise and vibration levels.
  • Units are supplied fully assembled complete with a standard safety guard on suction side and counter balanced air operated louvre shutter on outlet.

  Motors

  • The motors are to be foot mounted totally enclosed metric type to IP55, with sealed for life bearings and class F insulation, suitable for operating temperatures up to 50oC.
  • Motors are constructed with a finned aluminium casing to provide excellent heat dissipation resulting in a flexible and durable motor.

  Impellers

  • Propeller blades are fixed pitch. The six blades are attached to a mild steel powder coated hub. The complete assembled propeller unit is balanced to grade G6.3.

  Special Features

  • A crossed steel framework with the fan hub positioned centrally.
  • Fan blades and pulley are located on opposite sides, improving load balancing, thereby increasing bearing and fan life.
  • The belt is from reinforced rubber which is easily replaced locally.
  • Belt tensioning can be undertaken without removing the guards by using two bolts on the fan casing.
  • Easy access to the motor for servicing and maintenance.
  • The propeller compromises six self-cleaning blades.
  • The aerodynamic blade design ensures volume displacement at low blade pressure.
  • Fan housing is manufactured from galvanised sheet steel, corrosion resistant for durability and longevity.
  • The heavy-duty construction of the louvres prevents the overlapping slats from vibrating at high air flow.
  • When not in operation, heat loss is reduced by the louvres closing automatically.
  • Air delivery normally lost due to dirty shutters or to hold shutters open is eliminated.
  • The louvres are opened by a centrifugal mechanism, which means that once opened, the louvres do not sap the performance of the fan.

TDE

The Multiflow TDE 500 to 710 range consist of fully cased, cylindrical models with circular mounting flanges at both ends and a wired terminal box.

RVF

The Mini Centrifugal Roof Fan series are the new type roof extract units available in 2 sizes and suitable for vertical and horizontal installation. The low noise external motor and high efficient backward bladed impeller meets the requirement of efficient ventilation in residential, commercial and light industrial applications.

Future 150

The Decor Series can be wall or ceiling mounted and is designed to exhaust stale and moist air from bathrooms, toilets, laundries etc. They are also suitable for ventilating all types of small or closed areas.

TD Silent

The Silent Series is a low profile mixed-flow in-line fan that produces low noise when in operation. It does this through a specifically designed perforated internal skin that directs sound waves produced inside the fan to a layer of sound absorbent material.

NEW!! TD-EVO

The low-profile TD-EVO 250 and 315 in-line mixed-flow fans for circular ducts have a unique design where the support bracket allows the motor and impeller assembly to be fitted or removed without dismantling the adjacent ducting.
