Max-Temp - CTHB / CTVB Series

  Features

  • The MAX-Temp range of roof extract fans are available in horizontal (CTHB-CTHT) or vertical (CTVB-CTVT) discharge formats.
  • There are 8 models in total with air volume performances ranging from 800 up to 2 000 m ³/hr.
  • All models incorporate weatherproof metallic constructions.
  • Available for Single Phase electrical supplies.
  • The MAX-Temp range of roof extract fans are suitable for many applications including:
          - General and Industrial ventilation.
          - Max air stream temperature of 120 °C.
          - Models CTVB/4-180 and CTVB/4-225: 200 °C.
          - Models CTHB/4-180 and CTHB/4-225: 200 °C.
          - Industrial / Commercial kitchens.
          - Smoke Extract.

  Construction

  • All models are complete metallic constructions with all base parts manufactured from galvanised sheet steel and all cowls manufactured from spun aluminium.

  Motors

  • Asynchronous induction motors with squirrel cage rotor in diecast aluminium:
          - 230V 50Hz Single Phase.
          - Speed controllable in single, three phase for models 140-250.
          - IP 55 Protection
          - Speed for life ball bearing assemblies.

impellers  Impellers

  • Backward curved impellers manufactured in galvanised sheet steel (sizes 140-225).
  • All models are dynamically balanced before leaving the factory.

  Suggested Specifications

  • Products are certified by CTICMPV92E284, 93E008, 93E082, 97E540 y 98A277.
  • Range are certified for 400 °C/2h by an independent laboratory with air steam temperature -40° C<T>+120°C.
