The project is not a new building but a restoration of a building gutted by fire in the 1990's. The burnt out structure is being re-faced in a distinctive metallic surface to complete the 20-storey
structure. The value of the project R673 million

The reconstructed building will consist of a 160 room hotel, conferencing, retail mall, A-grade offices and a 1100 car parking garage.This building is situated on Cairo road, Lusaka, Zambia.

The project started in 2014, completion is end 2015, early 2016.

Rani Investment LLC developed this mixed use 74 000m2 development. The project comprises a 3 storey parking garage, 3 500m2 of retail, a 20 000m 2 - 18 storey tower of serviced apartments and a
20 000m2 - 14 storey office tower.

This is built adjacent to the Radisson Hotel which they also developed.

 

Anticipated completion is late 2015.

First National Bank new regional office was developed at the cost of R430million.

The development comprises 4 parking levels, a ground floor and 5 office levels, which will house 800 employees.

The project has extensive green energy-saving efficiencies in the primary, electrical and mechanical installations.

The project was completed in November 2014.

The Rowles Group developed this 45 000m2 shopping mall it is 45 000m2 which has 7 anchor tenants and 140 retail stores and cinemas, it also houses a 3-tier parking garage.

The development cost was R700 million.

The job was completed in April 2015.
